whats a break in period???? i didnt know we had to break it in?? hahaha

Thanks- I plan to color match the handles soon. How big of a job is is? Do I need paintable handles? I don't know how long the break in period is, I'm gonna dump the oil and 1,000 miles or so, that's for sure..........

P.S. The Red is growing on me.........

Oh yeah- B4 I beat on it, isn't there a recall for pins in the axle not being heat treated.............

Those of us with the 6.2's may have beat it if yours has the nht package and 14 bolt semifloater rear. Guess we'll see if I get a letter in the mail to verify that or not.

im pretty sure every 6.2 1500 has the 14bolt (9.5")... i know mine does and it doesnt have any special packages... mine is a plain SLE with a 6.2L i had the dealer do my handles and mirrors.. worked out a deal when i bought the truck
