Good news for now - but WATCH OUT! I have a sneaky suspicion that DOD/AFM is coming for the 6.2 pickups - and we'll have NO choice.

I keep hearing rumors of the new truck engines arriving for the 2012 MY, one year ahead of the NNNBS pickups.

If (and it's a HUGE if) the 6.2 remains an option at all . . . New CAFE regs are coming!

 

Well if that's the case when I order my truck in a month or two then I will not order one, I will just buy a truck already built some where in the United States that has close to what I want.

 

Or maybe I will just start looking for a 6.2 for my CC and do an engine swap!!!

 

Been puttin' around real easy to break her in- goto up to 14MPG on the DIC so far. I can feel the power available, I'm even starting to like the color. Man, I'm happy...............

 

Oh, you'll be OK with an '11 model. 2012, who knows???

That's why I ordered my truck now **** them all and let them choke on my 6.2 exhaust
