need help on choosing headers

well i drive a 2007 nnbs gmc sierra its a stock 5.3 well except for k&n...well the question is witch one of these headers are better http://www.summitracing.com/parts/PSM-70-2267 or these http://www.autopartswarehouse.com/de...P40702267.html

is 1 3/4 a good size??? and for exhaust i plan on getting a y pipe no cats into a magnaflow everything is going to be 3 inch piping
