Use them. Won't be a huge difference.

When I initially went with the 80e, I had a 4.56 gear. JFC was that awful at cruising. I couldn't take it. 3500 or so at 80-85.

I would not bother. Other ways to increase performance without the pain in the *** rpms on the hwy like what you're already planning. With your tire you're already in the sweet spot.
