Default Keeping Fog Lights On All The Time?

I have to turn my fog lights on each time I want to use them. In my previous cars, once you 'click' them on, they will stay on everytime the headlights are turned on.

Any way to get the default to be "on with headlights" instead of "turn them on manually"?

Im pretty sure the fog light function is controled by the PCM so unless you can change that to come on with the headlights you might want to look into the kits like the R&D kit I used for my 4High headlights. I think they make a foglight kit too.

R&D makes a controller for this and it will solve all your foglight problems. Go here:

Put a jumper wire from the headlight relay to the fog lamp realy. When your headlights come one, it will trigger the relay for the fog lights and they will come on.

With the R&D Kit, you still have the advantage of turning them off when the headlights are on.

But when you push the foglight button, they turn on even after restarting the truck, until you push the button back in to turn them off.

Cool, I already did the 4 x 9005 'mod' - now I just need to get this 4high relay and fogs 'on' relay and I'll be set.

That will tide me over until I fish out the dough for a set of Denali lights or HID's.
