search for kano or bluecajun's write up on the ls6 swap and it will be pretty close to the ls2 swap.

having just tried an LS7 intake on a 402 in a buddy's avalanche with LS7 heads, the throttle body was too low and we couldn't even seat teh intake down, needs 3 inches of lift., and barely touched the alternator. I'm kinda wondering if the LS2 will be much happier. Do TBSS's have the same accessory bracketry as fullsize trucks?

well bit of an update that might give you some insight, we just put that LS7 intake on the 402 with regular 03 truck brackets....had to chop off the idler on the end of the driver's side accessory bracket, and relocate it to the front with a fabbed up bracket. Then on his waterpump we moved the outlet to the front hole adn bent it into a 90 degree and changed the entire belt wrap (to a layout I hate there isn't enough crank wrap, but for no boost it'll work i guess) Had it running last night in the garage but still playing with the tune on it.

Alot of what we used was in a ls6 intake on a truck motor swap thread somewhere online (maybe speartech?) Might want to search for that, its similar for the most part.
