So I wont actually need to put the sensors back in then after the headers right I can just run it to the Y and run straight pipe from there back to the muffler with no sensors or cats? Will it show up on the DTC test when I go to get it smogged? Any idea on Jim's pricing? Let me know man.

you have 4 02's 2 infront of the cats and 2 behind them, youll unplug and never use the rear 2 after u get the headers. the front 2 will be reused in the headers.

they wont show up on the DTC or anywhere else anyone beside jim could look because he completely turns them off and tunes them out.. and anyone who will smog a Cali truck with long tube wouldnt care anyways, more than likely itll be jim smogging it. plus you dont have to smog new trucks for 5 years.

and he charges $275 for a dyno tune.

Cool deal then. Makes things easier on me that way and it's also a good thing that the guys who is going to be tuning it will be smogging it as well. Looks like I'm going to put my Edge up for sale then and pay for the Dyno tune after that. Where does Jim have his shop at?

Aslo can I take the truck back to him and have him update the tune for me at no cost later on? Just thinking down the road if I add anything like a vette servo or cam or anything.
