got a problem on my truck

Default got a problem on my truck

well i just put the headers and exhaust...i was kinda happy lol but then when i went to drive it ther traction conrol ligh came on and it said service traction control and another one cam on it said service stabilitrak somethin like that lol...oh and it shift reall reall hard from 1st gear too second it chirps the tires at 20 or 30 mph....but it was working fine till i put the headers.....can yall help me pleaseeee

its a battery/power cable burning up and touching your headers.

^^ imma check tommorow oh and i maybe thought it could be the traction control senser is loose or something

just unclip it and zip tie it out the way pretty easy. you can go through the passenger fender well

sorry to bump this but i installed my pacesetter lts this past week and the damn stabilitrak and tc warning keeps coming up. i moved the ignition wire up and zip tied it, i even covered it with some heat shield wrap.
i still keep getting the warning though. how far does it have to be away from the lts? or any other ideas of what it might be?

I have seen this exact problem before. It ended up being a spark plug wire shorting on to a header tube. Make sure all the boots are in good condition and use some dielectric grease inside them.

Thats what me and Matt did on his blue truck when the #7 plug wire had a burn hole from the header. Put a new one on and zipped tied it to the steering boot
