6.2 Sierra with 34,000 miles and motor mounts are both gone... Truck makes some good power w/ TVS2300 and coordinating mods but this seems absurd?

Any ones else experienced this and what is the fix? I have heard some weld factory motor mounts to provide additional strength, and I called for polyeurethane mounts but none are made?

Just looking for suggestions.

My welded up stockers dont feel any harsher than non-welded

 

Any chance you could describe how you welded them up or have photos? I'm going to buy new OEM ones and have them welded if I can find out how exactly.

 

Still seeking some guidance and maybe photos of welding up factory motor mounts.

All you need to do is bridge the gap between the 2piece that are isolated by the rubber.
