How did you find what all part numbers you needed? Did you get the part numbers off the thread in this forum?

Nope i have a local NAPA store that let me compare master cylinders, brake lines hoses and brake pads/rotors. Trial and error but i had a general idea of what i needed. Also my truck didnt have a sensor in the vacuum booster so i got lucky on that.

So here's a question for you. Is the brake booster and master cylinder you have off a truck with all 4 disc. Do they make a 2500hd with hydroboost and rear disc brakes?

Yes, the HD's have rear disc

Here is something to consider. Do you have active brakes RPO JL4? If you do, everything from the master cylinder to th rear axle is the same for drums and disc.
