Default buyers beware

If you are considering ordering wheels please take my advice and DONOT ORDER FROM CENTERLINE.

i place a order in early april for my wheel, was told they would have them out in 2 weeks. 3 weeks go buy no wheels so i call and talk to Louie get told told something went wrong they had to be recut give me another week. that time goes by get fed more excuses. another week goes call and louie isnt there had to talk to louis lous then tells me they havent even started them but i would have them by the 28th of june. that rolls around still havent been started, finally recieve them and wheels are wrong poor polish job and they are complete ***'s about it. morale of this dont use them they are all liars and products are not what they use to be

I will agree 100% with your assessment. I had the same situation.

I have ordered at least five sets from centerline, always great wheels and on time. I guess things have changed in the last couple years over there. Thanks for the heads up. I had almost the exact same thing happen to me when I ordered a custom steering wheel from Stylin concepts. That was my first and last order from them, thats been 10 years ago and I still refuse to buy from them.

I would always call into the sales number and whoever was working that day is the only person I could talk to. I asked for an email address, never got any returned, asked for other numbers, was told they were out of the shop and would return my call. Never did. Only plus side was that I cancelled my order but they ended up calling a few weeks later and gave them to me at a very discounted price.

i love their wheels but they have the worst service. luckily i bought mine brand new from someone but i tried to buy blank wheels from them, turned in the lathe but not milled so i could make my own wheels. the guy i talked to said yeah no problem we just need to come up with a price, i told them id pay full price (win for them with half machining and no polishing) but i still could not get through to someone to order them, eventually i gave up.
