Default Another Cam thread..............

It's that time again to ask about a cam; well- not so much the cam, comp 265 low lift and is recommended to at least go with a TBSS converter. the big question is,- with the 6L80, can ya run this cam and get away w/o a converter...............

Edit; oh yeah- do the new 5.3's still come with the flexible pushrods..........

OK- pushrods are on the menu. Cam specs are .522/.529 212/218 114. looks to be a real compliment to the 6L80, and thos 243 heads and TBSS intake.............

your 1st gear and 3:42s are like running 4:10s and a 60e
itll work on with the stock converter. grey matter 04 runs the low lift cam like that and went 13.80s on 3:42s and a 5.3 with stock 78mm stuff.

get the DOD delete kit, comp pushrods, and the cam you'll be good to go.
