Actually.. were were just talking about taking it. Not sure if they have calendars there to time me though.

Oh yeah, so I called my normal exhaust shop (which usually has kickass prices and does great work) to get a quote on swapping the muffler for 3.5" pipe. During the phone call I was given two unfortunate bits of news: (1) he doesn't carry the stock or equipment to do any 3.5" exhaust, only 3", and (2) it will be $85 if I have him swap a 3" pipe in where my muffler is. I think that's outrageous and won't be paying that to play with my exhaust sound (not to delete something, anyway) but he has the best rates in town. Any thoughts?

DIY brother !! I'd just order some sections of 3.5in piping flare it and put some band clamps on it. I found out the same information myself, most shops can't handle exhaust piping over 3in, sucks i know .

Ok guys, I apologize, I had a mental lapse or brain fart! What ever u wanna call it! Mine is replaced with a 3 inch pipe a well! I was just thinking 3.5 cuz the rest of the pipe is 3.5! Again I apologize!! It still shouldnt cost u $85!!

Nice, I see you changed your sig to match the 3-inch pipe doesn't bother me much, but the $85 to weld it all together does. I want it welded together all nice and perfect, and the ~$30 8UALIVE paid sounds perfect. I want to do it, but I'm going to have to hold off at that premium.

Although that's still cheaper than a tank of gas
