U don't have any buddies that could weld it on there??? 85 is way to high! Although ur right it is cheaper than a tank of gas!!!!

I mean if they had the pipe u could cut it with a saw an just take it to them and let them weld it! Surely they won't charge 85 for that!!

Nah, not yet. I'm probably going to be too busy for the next couple weeks to worry about it, but I'm still going to try to work out a reasonable solution.

Anyone try the stainless works catbacks? I wonder how their turbo muflers compare to magnaflows noisewise.

Not too sure the "performance wise" is greater than the "$$$ wise".

Bang for buck in aftermarket, I dont think you can beat magnaflow, period.

I know if I were to go to an aftermarket muffler, thats what I would do, and between this truck and my last 12 cars, i've had every brand of muffler period. I am a fan of B&B though.

I like magnaflow too. Mainly, I'm worried about being "too loud".

I have headers on the way and need to pick a catback and instantly was leaning towards magnaflow. It seems like their mufflers always keep the excess noise down but sound great at WOT and have no rasp or popping. After looking at their setup though I am not sure if I like the single in/dual out with 1 muffler. The stainless works catback is dual right from the connection point with a muffler for each pipe and I like that a lot better. The only drawback is the mufflers; I have no idea how loud they will be.

I URGE you to hear your truck with your stock 6.2 exhaust. If you're afraid of it being too loud, there is a 3.5" magnaflow that is 22" long. If for any reason i decided I wanted a new sound, i'll be doing the 3" version of that.
