2008 Silverado projector retrofit...
Okay I have decided to retrofit my headlights with quads I have d2s mini 3.0 with a 55k light and xb35 ballast with two relays highs and lows my questions are how can you tear this headlight apart to cut the hole in the bowls for better fit. I have already ripped the lens off and color match the inside and I'm kinda holding back on the cutting till I'm sure on how to tear apart the housing any help is always welcome also any opinions might help to.

From all the videos I've seen, they're all held in with either screws or clips, or both. I'd definitely evaluate the situation while it was apart to get all your ducks in a row.
Also, check out theretrofitsource inc on YouTube, they have some great tips and may even know how to remove them.
