Shocks do not affect driveline vibrations. Period.

Shocks could possibly cause a perceived vibration if they are bottomed out or bottoming out and causing NVH transmission into the frame which then magnifies as it spreads through the vehicle.

Take the shocks off the truck and take it for a short drive and see if the vibration disappears

Do you have any good pics of your truck at 2-4. Mine is at 3-5 and I may be going back up to a 2-4 if I can't get some nagging driveline vibrations sorted out.
