Default Looking for a Tune in PA for my 6.2l

Im new to this forum, Im in york pa, I just purchased a 2011 sierra 6.2. I did some reading and im interested in having someone do a street or dyno tune for me. Im looking for some extra power and id like to squeeze some fuel mileage out of it too. Anyone in the area?

Check out Black Bear Performance. I went to his area in San Diego for my street tune, but he offers Autocal-based custom tuning for long-distance customers, and he also flies all over the country for tuning days. Check out their website; Justin is a great guy as well as a forum sponsor.

May want to check out one of our new sponsors that is in NY. New Era Performance. Pm Mike @ New Era.

But I've also heard nothing but great things about Justin at Black Bear also.

Here's another happy vote for Justin and Jenna at Black Bear Performance. I got their Autocal, sent them a log file and got my personalized tune via email from clear across the US. I am very happy - my quarter mile et dropped about 0.8 seconds and almost ALL of that was in the tune. And that doesn't begin to describe the added "eagerness" of the engine and trans in daily driving.

Don't expect a lot of gas mileage improvement, though. When I was first inquiring about his tunes, Justin told me in an email: "There is also no difference between a performance and gas mileage tune, your foot will determine that." My problem is that I can't resist sticking my foot in it and enjoying the power. Oh well ...

running an AutoCal from BlackBear here too.

Do be warned, people complain it is hard to hear back from him via email... you log with the AutoCal, send him the log file, he'll tune & send the tune back which you load into the truck with the AutoCal. Some people can handle this, some can't & get impatient.

He is good... but he's also very busy almost... always. Some emails can take 2-4 days for a response they say.

I've never had one go into the 2nd day without hearing back from Justin.

If i dont lnow how much you want to get into as far as going somewhere to get it tuned but mike norris in indianapolis is very good and only does ls enginea. Its a bit of a drive for you but its an option if you want an in person dyno tune. Figure up your fuel cost and add 450to for the tune.
