Default 09 Orange Regular Cab Turbo Build - Updated 1-29-11

Ok Sorry for the lack of information at the moment but I figured if I dont get this build thread started now.. I may never since there will be alot of ground to cover when its done.. And I wanted to wait as close as possible to the truck being complete to post.. Which will hopefully be soon. Anyway.

I bought a 09 Regular Cab Red Silverado LT with around 20k on it with a 5.3 and 4l60e trans.

I was just going to put ground effects and other things on the truck... However it since has really gotten out of hand. Here are all the mods that have been or will be done.

---Looks---

-Color change to Orange
-Street Scene Body kit
- Ram Air good hood
-Smooth Se Undercover Bed Lid
-22 Black SS wheels with 305/40's
-Leather Seats
-3 / 7 DJM Lowering kit
-Black Lights all the way around

---Performance---

- DOD Delete
- Rod Bolts & Head Studs
- ls9 Cam
- MP70 Turbo with .96ar
-AEM Meth Kit
-80lbs injectors
-Dual walbro 255 fuel pumps
-Short Corvette style return fuel system
-NGK 3689 plugs
-aem boost gauge
-aem wide band
-Truinnions
-Ls6 springs

-6l90e Trans Swap
- Tru Cool 40,000 cooler

-Caltracs

---Stereo---

-avic-x910bt with backup cam
-Dual Ibeam transducers
-MP Quarts Mid Basses in the doors
-Polk Audio 4x6s and Tweeters
-Dual Pioneer Center Channel Speakers for the onstar / truck sounds and alerts
-Powerbass 2200 watt amp

I am probably forgetting something and if so I will try and add it later.

Truck has now been started... I still need a tune and plan on hauling it to have it turned by bluecat since he isnt all to far away from my location.

Here are a few pics

Before another 2 inch drop in the rear

Again before the truck was dropped another 2 inches in the rear to level it out

Default Bluecat Tune / Dyno

So the drive-shaft held up for the second trip to Bluecats for tuning..

I cannot say enough good things about this guy.. Or his ls knowledge and tuning skills.. I would have drove twice as far for his tuning services.

Dyno Pull with the drive-shaft staying together under the truck!!!

LS9 cam? are you going to run a 6.0 with L92/LS3 heads? if not then that cam will be too big of a split for you. just a thought.

truck looks good man. i cant wait to see this thing up and rolling man.

No I am not.. But everything i read seemed to suggest that that cam was perfect for turbo charging..

Hey do you have a pic of the front of the truck,I want to change my stock hood and I have a procharger so a hood like yours will be perfect, the driver side scoop will actually be right on the blower and filter. Nice truck BTW
