keep it on the track? pretty much every truck/car on here is made for street use and track on the weekends. street racing was done long before there were tracks to do it on and tracks sure weren't developed just to keep it off the street. i can honestly say most people on here at one time or another have done some kind of racing or burnout on the street. he screwed around and got caught, it happens.

For those that don't know travel more get out of your po-dunk little towns and visit some other states and you'll see everyone has something that others don't say or like!!!
any word such as hella, tight, yo, like, or man used more than once within a single sentence is slightly excessive, but who really cares?

I laughed when he pointed it out, funny cause I didn't notice.

thanks guys
Justin thanks man
I would say that 95% of all the people on here at times speed 20+ over the speed limit in rural areas with 4 lane roads and nobody around. Its all dependent on your version of reckless driving. I got a reckless ticket for going "over 90 mph in a 65 weaving in and out of trafic." The real story is 85 in a 70 which I had the cruise set for the past 30 miles, and the "weaving" he referred to was me passing a car that was going 50 in the left lane. I didn't use my blinker, cause there was nobody on the freakin road but me and the moron going slow in the left lane.

The point is: if the cop wants to be a dick, then hey he can give you a reckless ticket, but impounding the vehicle is deffinately excessive. Scare tactics are stupid. Whatever I guess.

FYI: You cannot get a ticket in a privately owned parking lot unless it is trespassing. When I was 18 we decided to do a burnout contest in my works parking lot. We lit em up bad, a cop stopped by and started giving us **** about it. I told him it was private property and unless he had a reason to be there he could leave. He ask for the manager, which was me. He couldn't do ****. Just like a race track, they can't chase you down there and give you speeding tickets.

What agency was it that impounded your car? Some Cali agencies will release the car early if the registered owner was not the person who got the violation. Check into it.
