Unhappy Wish me luck guys!

I have looked at several blowers Radix, Procharger, Whipple, Kenne Bell.

I have a opportunity to buy a used Kenne Bell, at a good price. Now I have 2 jobs, still live at home, and have nothing but a 100 dollar a month insurance and 210 truck payment. I make over 1100 dollars a month. Now the problem, I wasnt ready to buy one yet I was just gonna pay cash for one and be done with it. But since the opportunity came up I thought I will take out a small loan (I could have it paid off in about 4 months) for 2000 (I still have some money set aside for the blower that I have been saving). Now the only other credit I have aquired was my previous vechile a 1984 fullsize blazer. The older loan was taken out for 3000 but my father co-signed for a better interest rate. My fathers and my name were both on the title and the payments were sent to me in my name. I paid it off, never late no problem. Didnt even pay it off early, was on time always. So I went to the same bank (which was bought out since) and applied for a loan for 2000 dollars on Thursday, (in only my name so I could get some credit) of course the loan officer was going to be out on Friday so I have to wait till tomorrow. They did say they were going to gave to check on me, but they also said the 2 jobs did help out getting one. I have worked at UPS for a year and my other job for 4 yrs. Whats your opinions, I can easily pay it off, if I didnt buy those headers I could have already bought it. Ill just have to wait, but what do ya all think. Also if I get it I WILL DO THE ALKY INJECTION.

I havent even payed my truck off yet.. which my dad has cosigned with me on... I just turned 20.. and went to the bank i have the loan at and had no problems getting a 2k loan by myself.. Interest rate probably could have been better if my dad would have signed but i wanted to do it for myself..

I think you should be ok on that. Yeah that will get you some credit reporting so that you can finance other things as well. You should get approved but let us know what happens. I love my blower they rock!!!!!!!!!!!

Ahh ok... For the limit you are asking for you should be fine. Like X stated. It will help your credit in the long run too.

I had a few loans I did when building my Mustang and I would eventually get anothe larger loan and consolodate the two together and when you do that it shows your first loan as being paid off. It's kinda cool that it helps your credit even though you technically havn't paid it off yet. LOL

Well just a little over 2000. I use to be impressed with big HP NUMBERS, then I saw Coontoots 0-90 vid!!!!!!!!!!! Just 375 rwhp but 475 rwtq and it comes on fast! BTW I have said there is a Procahrged 4.8 with 348 rwhp, I saw him get on it the other day and wasnt impressed by it. Its got a stock converter, but it didnt launch hard and take off, a high stall is a must for one of those things. Personally I would rather have 475 rwtq at 4000rpms.
