Are your door pins loose? If so replace them. If they are in good shape, find where the loose area is. You can find this by closing the door on a strip of paper with the window down. Grab the paper ends with each hand and slide the paper while marking the loose areas where the gasket is not sealing. Once you have determined where the leaking areas are you can fix it. There are 2 ways to fix it. You can support areas of the door and bend it so that the gasket will be tight. The other method is to build up the gasket area with something behind it. You could use a one sided foam tape to build up the gasket.

Truck in sig. I notice wind noise in my truck and a relationship with my A/C controls. My rear windows will make noise if I have my A/C on fresh air and the fan controls turned up around 60% or higher. (digital style ac). When ever I lower the fan controls OR turn my A/C on recirculate the wind noise stops from my rear windows. Im sure the seals are getting old.

I have a wind noise around my windshield too, in a 06. I remember my grandpa bought an 03 new and it did the same thing from factory. It's that little black strip around the windshield, it's a pita. I filled mine up with rtv, and it went away.
