Default wind noise!!??

who's had it and what caused it. i've got this wind noise like you wouldn't believe. i think it is coming from the windshield. you can hear it a speeds as low as 30 mph. i think its the seals and the cowling. any body have this problem?

yeah all the seals around the front windshield look kinda loose so i masked them off but the noise is srill there. its like the windshield was replaced and the seals never sealed back as good as they should. i seasled it off with masking tape and it went away some but its still there. i'm gonna try and mask off the cowl to the windshield and see if that helps any. its under warranty so hopefully they will fix it.

ok so i taped off the windshield weather stripping i taped off the sun roof weather stripping and it did nothing. i can't realy tape off the cowling. i did tape off where the cowling meets the windshield but not the other side(hood side) could it be wind going through the eng bay and up under the cowling. all i can hear is it coming from the front windshield and maybe, maybe the front side of the doors.

do you happen to have a bug deflector or whatever its called?? if you do then I bet you a six pack that is your problem.... I have seen this happend on 4 different trucks... they did everything you did until I told them and that was the problem... and they all had the "LUND" brand....

I hope this is your problem and nothing more complicating...

i've heard these sounds commonly on salvage rebuilt trucks and tahoes, generally it's the seal or door alignment, but i've never seen it around the front glass... may have to get it reinstalled.
