Default wife hit leaf spring

well my wife figured out what happens when you hit a broken *** leaf spring in the middle of the freaking road rim
rim

let me know if you can see the pic through the link

ok i don't think the pics will work there too big and i can't load them another way right now so i'll just tell you. she ran over a broken leaf off somebodies truck she didn't see it and my procomps picked it up and slammed it through the tire and rim there is about a 7" slise through the rim and it gashed my brake rotor. so i had to fing a new spare rim and that was almost impossible. so needless to say i'm back to stock tire for i don't have the change for another procomp right now. and that detroit loves to smoke check these stock tires its great.

Nope just the tire in the top then hit the fender and shot the leaf spring out the side. Its amazing to me how something so blunt and dull could do some much damage. I have carried that spare around for about 2 years thinking I am not going to need it but man was I glas I had it then. Sorry to hear about your rim and watch out for those springs!
