It depends on what vehicle the LQ4 came in as to what it was rated at. Example; the LQ4 6.0L in a Yukon Denali would have been rated at 335hp that year. Another example would be the LQ4 in the 2001 C³ and 2002 Sierra Denali was rated at 325hp, while the same engine in the 2500/3500 series trucks were rated at 300hp.
P.S., only the tune and exhaust configurations changes between the vehicles and not the engines themselves.

The 2007 Classic GMT-800 models with the LQ4, just as what I was previously stating, all depends on the vehicle that the engine was installed in. In the 2500/3500 series models, the LQ4 was still rated at 300hp/360ft-lbs, while in other vehicles it was rated at 335hp/375ft-lbs.
The 2007 GMT-900 series trucks with the LY6 6.0L were rated at 353hp/373ft-lbs. Vehicles with the L76 were rated at 367hp/375ft-lbs. Of course the LY6 and L76 engines were Gen IV’s.
Only the LQ9 was still rate at 345hp/380ft-lbs.

HD trucks with LQ4 were 300 hp/360lb/ft.
The LQ4/9 tuned out on the engine dyno make around 390hp, bioth engines are within 5 hp.
The GEN 4 LQ4 equivalent is the iron block LY6 with 9.9:1 CR. Its pretty much an LQ4 with L92/S3 heads. Cammed out its an easy 500hp engine, 540 with some detail.
