Thanks for those pointers Eric. Right now I am just shopping for the best interest rate. So far the best so apr is from GMAC. I was quoted a 5.625 yesterday with an average credit score of 745 from all three reporting credit burous.

Onyx... yeah I am cut down now just need to get big. I eat soooo much as is I dunno how I am going to get bigger w/o getting fat inthe process. I am going to go look at some protein supliments and such here soon.
Tiburon... With a score north of 700 you can pretty much do anything. You should see how many credit card solicitations I get weekly in the mail...it's truly crazy. When credit is pulled from Experian, TransUnion, and Equifax, the mortgage company typically takes the median score. So if you have 723, 745, and 778. I'd take the 745 mid score. 5-5/8% is a great rate. Most of the low to mid 600 score people get just over 6% now.
