I think that is Kurts truck from W2W. It is a single turbo setup using the stock manifolds. Hopefully he'll see this thread and chime in.

It is my SS Silverado. It has one 67mm turbo. We are working on a kit to release to the public. Currently the only way to get one is to drop your truck off.

Its a slick piece, and getting faster all the time. I can't wait for someone to come out with a turbo that is as user friendly as the Radix! Thats really what makes the Radix so popular...not that it makes the most power, but that it retains streetability and is the most complete overall package to run on pump gas on a daily driver.

curt does the turbo sit in front of the motor? there is a lot of wasted space up there with e-fans. and dito on the intercooling

The turbo is in front of the engine. The intercooler is between the grill and the ac condenser, this requires moving the factory trans cooler.
