The only issue with your setup is the lack of history. Radix is a proven product.

ssblackss,
The article seems pretty cool on your turbo. What et gain did you see on your SS Silverado? Mine ran 15.218 @ 88.43 mph when it was stock. With turbo it went 12.23 @ 110.83. Both times were on premium (Sunoco 94) fuel.

Not sure about what everyone else thinks, but that sounds impressive to me!

Nice looking kit Kurt, but one HUGE problem looks like the intake sitting right ontop of the exhaust. I bet that **** gets hot as hell.

The inlet air temp runs about 15-20 degrees above ambient when your driving around town. Goes about 130 at the end of a quarter mile. Seems to level out at about 140 degrees no matter how long I keep it floored.
The picture is kind of hard to tell but the pipes are about 2 1/2 inches apart.
I ran last night no lower than 100mph for about 8 miles playing with a Audi, going full throttle then letting him catch up then full throttle again the inlet air temp never went above 140.
I think what keeps the air inlet tube from getting real hot is the air coming thru the grill taking the heat away. When I park it hot that tube gets to hot to touch comfortably, but it cools right down when its running.
Soon we will have one running in Loisianna where the heat is pretty bad, we will see how that goes.

Would a heat sheild of any kind help things out at all?

You mentioned before that the only way to have this done was to drop off thr truck. How much does a project of this type set someone back, if you don't mind me asking?

The inlet temps are fine. There is a small heat shield on the tube already.

To install this system is around 10000.00 complete. So far we have never just done the basic system.

Whoa 12.2 you got it down to?

Sounds like a lightning bug killer to me.
