atsturbo - Don't worry about it. This supercharger is not big enough to feed even the smallest V8's on this site, that's why it's kinda a joke here. For a small 4cylinder/6cylinder it would probably give a decent boost for the limited time it can run. I think you state that in your auction though.
I think electric superchargers are a neat idea but, have yet to see one that is practical in the real world.
Not trying to bash or be nasty. Take care.

Re: Well lookey here
That's actually pretty interesting for applications that don't have another form of boost available. I thought to begin with that one would only get 15 seconds of boost per charge but now I understand you to mean ***15 seconds per run but a total of about 15-20 runs.*** That's a couple bottles worth of nitrous. The added weight is an issue but it always is with FI.
I'd hate to see what a V-8 version would cost though!

Honestly, I really wasn't trying to bash your product. I had just thought that since the majority of people that visit this site have relatively large displacement V8's that they would get a kick out of it. I really like the CNC work, I bet it must have taken a long time to design and machine. The idea is there for a small displacement motor, but could a larger eaton bolt up? I was worried about the extra weight of running a very large gage wire from my bed to the front, to power this unit, not to mention the associated switches, and relays. Good luck with your ideas, No harm intended.

The stupid people that I had referred to are the ones that see this and instantly think they will be superstars on the street with relatively little work.

the electrical supercharger has been there, any type of forced induction, no matter how, will work, the question is how much. I'm sure sometime in the future it'll take its part, but the problem right now is its lacks reputation, reliability, dependability, and performance. When you have the easy option of buying proven systems such as turbo's, s/c's, and nitrous, its really tough to put down 2 grand on something pieced together and sold on ebay.....
