Talking Truck is Officially 100% mine on thursday!!

And to celebrate its time to start the modifications, basically here is what I want. I dont so much want to go fast, but I want to acclerate very fast! So heres what I got in mind for the near future, In no particular order. Some mods are listed with a specific make and model, but if no make and model is listed feel more then free to recommend something that would work with my setup. Completely stock rcsb 5.3 A4 approx 120,000 miles on the clock running full synthetic.

Stall: ?
Catback: Corsa Dual Rear Assembly
LT headers: Pacesetters Ceramic Coated
Gears: 4:10s
Efans: GM Ls1 or Lt1 fans?
Locker: Air Locker?
Cam: Something with alot of lope
Forced Induction: ?
Off road Y pipe: ?
Tune: Dyno or Nelson tune

Just a quick list, feel free to recommend makes and models and other mods cheers

Cowboy

Edit: This probably should of went in the modification and performance thread,
Look fast mods will follow a little later

I go with the Radix, LS6 cam, springs and hardened pushrods, FLT built tranny, AAM 4.10s, converter, detroit trutrac....that will all add up LOL. It's so fun just to think of all the possibilities.

Congrats now put a huffer on that pig. Yukon gears, detroit trutrac, LS1 fans, yank converter, built trans flt or performabuilt, figure out the cam based on what style blower you run..

I think John gave sound advice on all, esp. what he said bout the cam.
- I'd go with the Radix or Trick
-LS6 cam, springs and hardened pushrods or GT2-3, or similiar
- FLT built tranny
-PI or Yank
-trutrac or upgrade that fits your rearend needs....

Really cool to have piece of mind w/ truck paid off!

All this time I thought u had a Radix, due to the pic in sig. But then again, if I had a pic of Heather Locklear in my sig, it doesn't mean that I'm...
Anyway, sent u a PM, & cleared some messages from my PM box. Hope that helps. If u need, shoot me a PM.

My cam in my truck isn't exactly a FI style cam, it is on a 112 LSA and lopes decent, seems to run great with the FI, but everything seems to run great with FI, couldn't imagine what a cam for FI would be like, I try to get a short clip for ya...

so your cam #224-224-581-581-112. So if Im not mistaken? 112LSA usually determines how much lope it has, I know I know Im obessed with lope. But looking around on youtube the sound I want seems to come from a cam with a LSA of about 110, not sure if this will give as good performance as the other cams or not? Im not very knowledgable on cams.....
