As far as a box is concerned for the battery relocation they make a kit or you can use a marine battery case for it. All you need is some heavy gauge copper wire for the ground and power.

floor mats, come on man....pull the stock hood off too if your gona do that, tires are really heavy, as is the engine and the bed....
