Can I

Drivers side, on the radiators support. In front of the battery. Can't believe I never noticed it before.

Its a disclaimer. You would have a runaway truck if you accidently hit the 4hi button while on the dyno. Its fine to dyno , I have, just don't go pushing buttons to see how much your truck dynos in 4x4 haha

I have dynoed my 03 Avalanche with Autotrac (it does not have the sticker) and it was fine. If you are paranoid about it just pull the fuse for the Trans Case solinoid.

On a side note, I would LOVE to see the letter or lawsuit responsible for that sticker being put on...

Mine dynoed just fine in 2wd, well except for the bad plug wire.

Would you ever want to dyno the 4wd in one of these trucks?

Only if you wanted to see how much drive train loss you had, is the only reason I can think of.
