I say truck door lock not work. Window button not work. The gauge read not work. But still crank up run. Mph and rpm only work. Could be battery weak? Not know how to explain to you about this issues.

Sounds like a ground issue somewhere. I would begin checking body and chassis grounds.

Ok, does any thing else work, say radio, headlights, heater controls??

It does sound like a ground. Check the battery cables and make sure they are tight on both ends.

So the window wont roll down, and the that particular door wont lock, correct?

Shouldnt be a battery problem, ground or possible bad gauge cluster.
