trans fluid in oil

Default trans fluid in oil

ok so i was low on oil in my car and grabed my bottle of royle purple to pour in. when i started pouring it, it was red i was oh ****. then looked at the bottle and it was atf. so it was only like 1/4 cup if that. will i be good for another 1000 mile till my oil change?

Probably won't hurt anything, it might do a bit of cleaning . I wouldn't worry about it since you say it was such a small amount.

that kinda what i figure too. just clean it a bit. i'm gonna change oil soon any way because of a long trip comming up in less than a month. but my car does see alot of 82-8300rpm run ever day. its one of them there high sprung four bangers lol.

Like adding Redline, right? I'd change it soon but I doubt it'd hurt anything.
