2000 silverado rcsb lowered i beleve 2 front 4 back with 2'' drop soindles in front i assume. bought truck all ready lowered.


i bought set of stock 16'' tahoe wheels. tried to mount rub on bottom of the spindle.


Looking for 18'' stock gm wheels.


I never could wrap my head on how tire sizes fit but doing little reading is this right?


current wheels 285/50 /20 not sure of back spacing or how wide wheel is


does that tire mean

(25.4mm equal to 1")285/25.4=11.22'' wide

11.22 *.5 = 5.61'' tall

(5.61*2) + 20" wheel= 31.22'' tall tire and 11.22" wide


right to assume use these firgures to know what size tire to get for the 18" i'm looking at a set of 265/65/18 silverado wheels

Yea Id go 265/60-18. I run them too and they're not too bad.

 

31s on a 2/4 drop isn't a great look.

I'd run a 29" tall setup

 

I like the looks of the Escalade 18" wheels. They come standard with 265/65x18 tires.

 

with my obs i liked my 255/55/18 i had on there before i sold it. nice 28.9" tire and fairly cheep too.
