Default Those with Nelson Tunes come in.

I know I'm out of state for Allen but I can't seem to get answers from him via e-mail. I've been asking for some info and sometimes it take more than a week just to get a response from him. Is it the same for the guys using him in his area or the same all round. I'm a pretty patient person and know he is busy as hell but I'm starting to think I should have went with someone a little closer to me for quicker support. Anybody know any tuners in the southesat wisconsin area?
Right now I'm on my fourth PCM from him mostly because of the turbo and its issues from the install and wastegate malfunctioning.
thanks for listening guys.

He answers my e-mails by the very next day. If you call him and no answer, try again he might of been with another customer.

Not too close, about two hours from my house. Still better than Texas!

You must live close by or something, I ve e-mailed him about the same thing three times and got no feedback yet. When i call it just rings and rings mostly.
What is getting to me is the fact I bought the STS kit from him and the tune thinking I would get better support since he made more money on the deal. As it turns out I could have bought the kit from someone else for $500.00 bucks less, but thought I would get no support from a discount dealer of the STS product.
I guess I may have been wrong on both accounts.

I talked to him on the phone yesterday and got my order in for an update for the injectors and shift points.

He usually answers my emails next day, unless he is super busy, which right now, I think he is. Give him a call, he is definitely worth it.
