A time or 2 (literally) he took a few days to get back with me.

But then again, twice we've talked about doing an update because I was having problems. Well, I fixed the problem but I didn't get back with him. At the end of a week, he called to see what was going on! How often do hear of customer service like that?

 

Sometimes he is hard to get ahold of but be patient, I always do, and he'll usually get back to you and most of the time w/ an apology for the wait. Just keep in mind that he is a one man business, dealer, ect. When I went up for a dyno tune we went for a street test to see if everything was fine and he actually told me it was good to finally get out of the house and enjoy the day for a while and that he hadn't noticed that it was such a beautiful day because of all the work he had been doing...Zed

 

yes he is one person. and i have always gotten good service.
