i don't go any where else, always in our little bitty section, about trucks.
i don't have a mini van, i don't have a car, i have a truck, i need help with my truck, i can help you with your truck, show me how to mod my truck,
lets see pic of trucks.

i don't want to be rude, the fi section is ok, feel lost in the general lounge,
i like it better here in the truck section.

since im a part of the reason the truck lounge got changed id like to say. bring it back! me mac, hitman and some others had some problems wiht tony ( nineball) and after that the section was changed mac and i both got banned an hitman left on his own and never returned i talk to him all the time and he doesnt regret leaving. because he said what was happening was stupid and tony put it best "if u dont like it, leave"so he did. i dont see why a lounge section cant be added for us? the racers lounge is a bunch of bullshit *** threads and i see tony posting there more than anywhere else? what the hell is that about? i like f bodies but some owners think there **** doesnt stink. i dont like being around or talking to people like that....exactly why i dont get along with admins or some moderators of this site and why i like to stick around in the truck section where for the most part EVERYONE IS COOL!

I don't think anybody was happy when the Truck Lounge was changed to the General Truck section. A lot of cool members such as Mudz5.3, Tokez420, Deckhand, HitmanX....seem to hardly post anymore or to have left totally. I just went back and re-read this thread and can't believe some of the attitudes that were flyin' around. Oh well, I guess at times everyone eats a little crow.

I just got out of the Internal LS1/LS6 area. Man, they are relentless over there! Some dude tried to smog check his F-body with no cats and non-CARB headers. Failed miserably ( as expected ) and the CA folks ripped him apart.
I make mistakes and errors on occasion and usually get "corrected" in a humane and respectful manner in the Truck area. Lots of my internal engine posts rarely, if ever, get responses when they read my signature and see truck-Dodge in it.
I would use a truck lounge if available. Peace out everyone!

When NineBall suggested we venture out of the Truck Sections and use more of the site, I took his advice and did just that. What I found was very little interest and help compared to the truck section. Wow! what a difference, it was and is night and day. I have mostly stopped trying, due to this lack of response and general disinterest.

There have been times I've wanted to post threads and share with the Truck Folks, the people I talk with daily, but have not done so because of the subsequent moving of such threads.

I recommend a Truck Lounge in addition to our current selections

"All good things come to those who wait."

I think Mudz5.3 moved out to Arizona and just got busy with other stuff. Tokez420, not sure about why he isn't around much anymore. Deckhand still post, he's the one who caused all the uproar with the "washed the truck" thread. Hit Man X, well he didn't agree with some things that were going down and left.

There was ALOT of crazy stuff being posted in the lounge and it was really spilling over into the other truck forums. I know some people probably don't believe this but, the truck mods got A TON more complaints about threads going off topic and being ruined when the lounge was around. Since it's been gone things have been MUCH smoother. The fact that off topic "outta control" threads were around wasn't a big deal in it self. The fact that whenever one got locked or cleaned up and we were attacked for being "*****" was a big deal. It got pretty bad and eventually the decision was made to just get rid of the problem forum. Not everyone or even the majority of the truck guys contributed to the chaos and I think that is why people got upset because they figure why punish everyone for what a few have done. As we all know I'm sure that is what happens quite often in life, may not be fair to most but, it's usually the easiest/quickest solution.

Now with all that crap said. I think you need to listen to Greggo.
