Default Supercharger for the Hemi?!

Any one know anything about This? Is the aftermarket finally coming to the table for the Dodge boys? They clam 500rwhp!! Apparently they are using auxiliary injectors like a Whipple to get around the oppressive stock computer. Could get interesting...

GSM makes a Paxton kit for the Hemi with their own piggy back kinda setup. It works well from what I have read.

From what I understand the issue is not the physical FI setup but cracking the computer.

That is indeed the problem. That's why the GSM kit works better than the STS kit.

The biggest problem they are having is that the computer deactivating cylinders for increased fuel economy is causing major problems for FI setups.

The trucks with the 5.7 do not use the cylinder deactivation like the 300C does, biggest issues so far is a/f tunning, but it is getting better with the turboed units and the SCer from GSM has even got a 10 lb+ unit out that is producing some very FAT #s and is pretty safe, its about time the aftermarket wakes up for the HEMI, hey we even two companys out there offering like 8 cams for us now...................let the fun begin!

I hear the new 6.1 SRT-8 doesn't have that cylinder deactivation issue to contend with....
