was wondering what kinda times people ran in stock form in their 4.8's and 5.3's...anyone?single cab

 

I ran a 10.3 w/just an intake in my RCSB 5-speed, but i've always had traction issuses, and from what i hear, 5-speed 4.8's are pretty close to auto 5.3's. Not so much in the 8th but a little more in the 1/4. The 4.8 tends to pull hard up top, esp. w/a manual tranny.

 

thanks for the reply dude.mine ran a miserable 10.80...mine is also an auto so is that about right?would you recommend a cut-out?any gains?
