One of the lights went out in one of the steering wheel buttons.....What can I say I got that kinda luck. I was wondering if anyone knows how to change it?

I'm pretty sure that the bulbs are soldered in like most of the interior bulbs on these trucks. You'd probably have to pop the switches out, disassemble the one in question, de-solder the bulb and match it up at Radio Shack. That's what I had to do with my HVAC and mirror switch bulbs.

The bulbs you need are Radio Shack #272-1154.....

works fine for me, when I click it. You can go to www.silveradoss.com then go to technical, then go to "how to" and it is on the first page under $5 steering wheel control light fix.
You have to join to see the pictures but it is a pretty good write-up.

bulbs went out in my dads denali. he bought all new buttons. those are a pain in the *** to get out of the steering wheel.
i used a 90* pick and poped it out. the wires that connect it are really short and clip into the button's case.

I think I've replace all but one of the switches in my steering wheel so far and some of those wires sure are short. The lights are out of the 4th one too just haven't gotten around to fixing it. I may pull it out and try soldering in new bulbs instead spending the $15 for a new switch.
