it can be done, but go to a reputable bodyshop or find a paint and body supply store and get the correct product. we have to replace the foam when doing replacments on rockers and center posts and there is special stuff just for autos. do not use the "great stuff". also remember once you put the stuff in, it's there for ever so make sure no wiring or anything you may need to get to is in the way.
