Default spay foam

Anyone used spray foam in their truck to quiet it down. I am currently putting in dynamat and was wondering if it would help to fill the colums with spray foam?

I think Ford uses foam in frame or something to lessen noise

nope, I mean the messy stuff. The stuff that expands 3 times its size. I was wondering if It would help to spray it into the columns and frame
