Ok I have a 2wd sliverado with the 5.3 motor. I have headers, exhaust, PCM, Air intake, and 4.10's, and Im running a 15.7@89. How are these other guys with the same truck with just exhaust and airintake running these bullshit times of 15.2 and 14.9's I mean come on guys, people on this board do know something about cars. ! It pisses me off.....

That is unusually low times for what you have. Is it a 4x4 maybe? It could be a lot in the tune. I know someone else that had some bad results from PCM for Less.

Uhh, if you have all of those mods and the best you can manage is a 15.2, you are either running in the worst atmosphere on earth, there was an error on your e.t., or you can't drive (no offense).

Even in the heaviest configuation a 5.3 with all of that should be touching the 14's.

You should have run about 89 MPH stock, perhaps there is something very wrong with your tune.

Weather and altitude play a HUGE factor in how fast you run also.

I know that several people can vouch that my 4.8L with airaid intake, throttlebody spacer, and superchips programmer ran a consistant 15.4@87. That is with pretty crappy traction as well. So your track conditions must really suck or you have no traction off the line. What is your 60ft time? Something is bad wrong here, because my friends bone stock 03 extended cab gmc with 5.3L and three tool boxes runs a consistant 15.3. You're getting gigged somewhere bad.

My bone stock 04 rcsb 5.3 (2wd w/3.42) ran a 15.77 at 86.5 mph on a 100% humidity day. On a better day it should run about 15.6-ish. As said above, there must be something wrong with your truck or your running at a high altitude.
