Had a few things that I wanted Regency to look at on my 06 RST.

The 1st was I had 2 wheels that had some defects in them.

The 2nd was that my truck had a pretty good lean in it. The pass side was 1.5-1.75 inches higher than the drivers side giving it a leaning look when you looked at it from the front or back.

The 3rd was my brakes were vibrating when I pushed on the pedal(only 1600 miles on the truck).....warped rotors.

So, I took it up to Regency and they were happy to take it in the back, assuring me that it would only be 2-3 hours. They came back about 2 hours later and asked me if I would have someone pick me up, as it was going to take them all day.

So, I get back to them about 3pm, and they bring my truck out to me. Brand new rotors on the front, 2 new wheels, 1 new tire(guess the old tire had a problem) and they replaced ALL of the suspension components! I even looked under the truck to confirm that, and everything was new!

Well, I got home and cleaned my truck since I had a lot of little greasy finger prints all over my truck(guess their not a detail shop). And wouldn't you know it, one of the wheels they replaced was worse than what they took off. So back to Regency I went the next morning(guess they were to worried about my other problems and just missed this).
They were pretty embarassed that they missed it, and took it straight back to replace the wheel. When they brought it back out to me, I decided to go ahead and clean it right there so I wouldn't have to make that 50 mile trip again if there was a problem. Glad I did! They buggered it up with the impact gun when they put it on. Brought it up the their attention, and once again, they took it back.
They brought it back out to me with ANOTHER new wheel, and this time they put another new tire on it.

I was very pleased when I left. They bent over backwards to get all of my initial problems fixed. Although the 2nd trip and the wheels could have been avoided, I am still very pleased with the way Regency handled themselves.

Oh, and all of this without an appointment! They hate me now
