seat has slack in it??????

Default seat has slack in it??????

i have a 2000 gmc rcsb 4.8, it was power seats and when i push on it itll rock back n forth a good inch, i went to a body shop n they said its a 627$ part, anyone have any easy cheap fixes???

its a power seat right?.. its the actutor thingy. over time is wears out pretty good... just order a new electric actuator do-hickey

You have to replace the electric seat recliner to fix it. I used to see this alot, even on brand new trucks(when '99-'02 was still "new" lol). It is an expensive part.

It was never actually "worn out", it was just bad or good. You might get lucky at a salvage yard.

every now and then i can feel mine move a little bit, less that 1/8 inch but it still bugs me
