Nooooob! Have you ever looked into how much it costs to make a Cobra run 10s vs a Z06? Scary how close it is huh?

 

If Fbodys are so slow, how come they laid complete waste to that lil pony for over a decade? Ford was comming along w/ the 4.6 engines, but it still took SVT adding a blower for the Cobra for them to really become a threat from the factory.

Corvette Z06 > Cobra (stock vs. stock)

Once you throw in mods its anybody's game. Mod for mod the LS1 will win. Dollar for dollar the Cobra will win. Not counting the cost of vehicles.
