well i took on my buddies mighty 4.8 with my new stock 5.3. we went from a 50 roll and both floored it, stayed even for a split second then i just started pulling hard. just a steady pull till about 100, then we let off and he was like 2.5-3 back. i was stock with like 100lbs in the bed, his only mod was flowmasters.

so in conclusion id have to say my 5.3 is alot faster on the roll atleast
