I have a feeling your running the stock 195~ T-stat and stock clutch fan..It also sounds like you have an air pocket..

I say change to the 05+ radiator and fans along with a 160* stat.

That should solve the problem. Don't waste your money on the Custom one, and the only reason I got the Rod Davis one is because I got a deal that was to hard to let go.

349$ 05 fans used/radiator? like i said for the price of a Ron Davis radiator i can get a PWR radiator and fans.

ok ok this has been put on hold until i get some other things fixed first! then i will get back to you guys on the used radiators. I am going to try and take it to a friend of a friends performance shop on monday to see what they can do to check it out! Then i will be back with an update on this thing! thanks guys
