PWR's are exspensive yes?
there is a reason why the truck is running hot, a new rad. may not fix it
do you have the tow package or a trans cooler?

You should solve the problem before wasting money on a radiator.

well i had a buddy contact them and with the fans and everything its the same as just a ron davis radiator only not including the fans. I have thought maybe a bad water pump/thermostate/air pocket/etc. but i dont think the stock radiator can handle all the heat from the 6.0L/supercharger. i have a trans cooler hooked up 40k but dont have my temp gauges hooked up yet to see how hot it is actually getting. I had a temp gun some where around my house but for the love of *** i can not find it now! i figure it is about time to upgrade it since i am going to have to pull apart the truck any ways. truck is getting hot pretty quick 210 with in 5-10 minutes of me starting my truck, yes starting i am not getting on it at all. pops said he doesnt hear anything wrong with the water pump said if it was bad you would hear it. is that true?

I would listen to what everyone else said. If you want a new radiator by all means buy one. After all its your money. I would however find out why its over heating instead of throwing new parts at it.

not sure on the stat...maybe the delco ones

i used some coolant and lots of water, i may have added water wetter
other than water wetter i wouldnt mess with any others

the PWR would def. keep things cool...have you seen the C&R ones off ebay?
some of those are huge, mostly 3" or thicker core... for cheap
some are off of real nascars if your into those thingys

Trever1T is pushing over 600hp/tq at the wheels with the stock radiator and stock 05 fans and doesnt have any problems......

I have a feeling your running the stock 195~ T-stat and stock clutch fan..It also sounds like you have an air pocket..

I say change to the 05+ radiator and fans along with a 160* stat.

Yeah i know what an a**hole hahah wish i had those kind of # but it is still a work in progress. i still have the stock radiator set up from my 4.8 that i left when i installed the 6.L and with the mp112 i just think i have way too much heat under the hood ***. I tried to burp the system last week had it running for about 5 minutes with the cap off but didnt see any results the following day, thought it was either the thermostat but i dont remember if the guy took the old 160 thermostat from the 4.8 to the 6.0., yeah i know i still have a lot to look at but i really dont have that much time i work 6 days a week and when i get off work i usally try to go home to study or go to the gym yeah sounds like a boring life but it works and now that i am going through a lot more bull **** i just really want to just get this truck fixed up enough to where i can drive it til i get some more money saved up. thanks guys .
