Default Probly going to pick up a new truck tomorrow

Should know something from the credit union tomorrow.

Anyone have anything to say about the '05 Crew Cab Z-71 Silverados ?

I love the way it looks but have there been any major problems with them yet ?

I have the L33 and 4.10's in an LT ECSB....that truck wont get out of its own way, the brakes are junk, and the air isnt cold. I highly advise test driving others before buying. I didnt bother since my 95 chevy served me so well, probablly going to loose my a** now and trade for something else.

Really... The brakes on mine are alot better then on the 04'. It runs super strong (just not off the line). I do get about the same gas milage if not better then my 04' which was a 2wd rcsb. I have noticed my air isnt super cold either( it is cold enough to get the job done) in 95+ days, But my windows will be tinted soon. But I think the reason my air isnt the coldest... 1- rpms are sitting at 1500 during normal cruise 2- I dont do really long drives (takes time for the whole truck to cool vice a single cab) 3- Its just freakin hot out here in the high desert.

Haha I'm here. I just got back from picking it up. I was a little screwed from being upside down on my '04 Tahoe but I feel like I got a pretty good deal and they threw in a bunch of free and discounted stuff. I LOVE the new truck already.

I'm trying to find a hard plastic (or fiberglass) tonneau cover for it now. Any ideas where to find stuff like that and other accessories ?
